Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. No minimums, no codes.

Every Station 27 piece is made to order. Once you place an order, your garment is printed, inspected, and packed, typically within 2–5 business days. Delivery takes an additional 3–7 business days once it ships, so most orders arrive within one to two weeks.

We currently ship within the United States only.

You can check where your order is anytime on the Track Order page using your order number and email address.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is printed just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an ordered size that didn't fit. There's no warehouse of extras — your garment didn't exist until you ordered it. Our Fit Finder on each product page and the size guides are there to help you get it right the first time, and we're happy to answer sizing questions before you buy via the contact page.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we make it right. Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. The same goes if we sent the wrong item, size, or color: that's on us, and we'll fix it at no cost to you.

Payments & Security

We accept payments through Stripe (credit and debit cards) and PayPal. Your card details are entered directly on their secure, encrypted checkout pages — your payment information never touches our servers and we never see or store your card number.

All prices are in US dollars.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to run the shop:

When you order: your name, email, and shipping address, used to print and deliver your order and to send you order confirmation and shipping emails. We share this with the services that make your order happen: Stripe or PayPal (payment), Printify (printing and fulfillment), and Resend (transactional email). That's it.

When you contact us or leave a review: the name, email, and message you submit. Reviews are verified against a real order and are published with your name after approval.

While you browse: your cart is stored in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers. We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate.

We never sell your personal information. To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

Every design in this shop is original artwork created by Station 27 Designs, LLC and protected by copyright from the moment of creation. The artwork, product photography, text, and branding on this site are © Station 27 Designs, LLC, all rights reserved.

Buying a Station 27 product gives you a great garment to wear; it does not transfer any rights to the design itself. Our designs may not be reproduced, copied, resold, printed on other products, used in digital or print media, or used to train or seed derivative works, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

If you believe your own intellectual property has been infringed by content on this site (or you've spotted someone copying ours), please report it to [email protected] with a link and a description.
